HCM consists of a core team comprised of strategic partners who have demonstrated experience in developing capacity of local institutions and improving cost effectiveness through training and employment of local professionals. The composition of this core team is based on:

a) The complementary nature of each partner’s core competencies and abilities to contribute to HCM objectives

b)The synergistic effect of the partners’ combined ability to evolve traditional social marketing and communications activities to a broadened, integrated approach that will create increased and sustained health impact
