Lynn Adrianne, the Director Office of Population and Health, USAID-Kenya, presents a cow to Christine Mulewa, a member of Asiye na Wake ana Mungu community group at Msabaha, Malindi District, assisted by Heifer project International Deputy Country Director Crispin Mwatate.
